Fantastic Fan choices for bath area?

According to the description on the "features" list for current Lazy Daze models, the FF in the bath area is only an *exhaust fan*. Since I planned to have the original fan in the bath area replaced and did not want just an "exhaust fan", I called the factory for clarification; according to Vince, the *only* FF that the factory will install in the bath area is the "exhaust fan". However, I haven't been able to find any fan model on the wwww.fantasticvent.com website that is strictly an exhaust fan; the product descriptions of all of the models appear to indicate that they are *reversible*, i.e., they exhaust inside air AND bring in outside air.

Did I miss something in the product descriptions? Does FF produce an "exhaust only" fan? *Which* FF bathroom fan is the factory installing in current models? Thanks for any information!

There is some kind of California code that states that you can't install an intake fan within so many inches of a sewer vent.  In our 30TB, we wanted a Fantastic Fan installed in our bedroom, but LD could not do it because of the building code.

We went into Arizona and bought the fan and had it installed there, where no such code exists.

I'm not positive, but the FF in the bath may just be a regular FF, wired to only exhaust.

With the holding tank vent near by, you don't want anything but an exhaust fan there.
--- Well, having an exhaust-only fan near the holding tank vent does make sense! ;-) Since the Create-A-Breeze is the only FF fan that *isn't* reversible -- I mis-interpreted the "three-speed" function description! -- I would bet that it's the one the factory installs.
Thanks to you and Kate for the clarifications!

Joan--FYI, the Create-a-Breeze is currently on sale at CW for 76.99.
I ordered one last week.  Ted
