Point taken...Here's my input on the hitches & brake systems...M&G hitch and U.S. Gear brake system.  That combination has worked well for us for 66,000 miles, with two different toads and our '02 30TB LD. Too bad the M&G is no longer being produced, but used ones occasionally turn up for sale.
