We recently saw Paul's work in a LD in Quartzite.  We're interested in getting a drawer insert, screen door opener, and couch armrest.  Does anyone know if he still makes these?  If someone has his contact information and could send it to me, I would appreciate it.

Paul travels with the Caravan Club and is usually at their outings.
You can reach him through his wife Ursula at 'Ursula at Jammin.com'.
Rubbermaid has a flatware tray that can be made to work by installing a couple of aluminum right-angle pieces for drawer guides. The couch arm is a great feature. Paul made me one some time back.

Thanks Steve and Chris for the contact information.  My husband called and talked to him.
He is no longer making the couch armrest (too much work for the money), but he is making the drawer inserts if anyone is interested.  He is also still making the screen door opener, but it requires his personal installation, because it is a bit tricky.

One very useful item that I believe Paul also used to make was a full-width inside screen door handle. It gives you a sturdy bar that's easy to grab from inside the coach, even if the door is wide open--unlike the standard handle at the outer edge of the door. You can't really appreciate how handy this is until you've tried it!
After seeing one of Paul's in someone else's coach, I made my own door bar from 1/2" doweling and a couple of scraps of oak. Then recently I noticed that Camco is making a similar item from metal and plastic for only about ten bucks:

I haven't used the Camco version myself, but from the looks of it, it should work just as well as Paul's or my versions--and it's adjustable to fit any width screen door.

Paul still makes this item, but says he has to custom install it, so you have to catch up with him in person to get it.  I saw it on a LD in Quartzite and was really impressed.
The Camco version from Camping World may work, though.  Thanks for the info.

"Paul Grinde's screen door handles have the added feature of a push-button screen door release. The release needs to be adjusted to each door, necessitating the personalized installation."
And that pushbutton release is really, really nice! Again, I built my own after seeing one of Paul's, using 1/8" welding rod (my old standby, coat hanger wire, proved too flexible). It's not difficult if you have a couple pairs of pliers, but it does take individualized bending to fit.

I don't know what Paul charges for a combination door bar and pushbutton door release, but if you can get him to add this to your coach, I guarantee you'll be very happy with the results. It's the little things that make life worthwhile... ;-)

By the way, there's a photo of my homebrew door screen release about halfway down this page:

The bent wire is highlighted in red. If you want to try making your own, you can get the general idea from this illustration.
