Interesting warranty

I bought a truckers'/RVers' tire pressure gauge called a "TireMinder"  made by Minder Research; www.minderresearch.com.
The wording of their one-year warranty might provoke a smile.....
"...If it fails in the first year, send it to the address below with your receipt (well, that's not likely, is it?  Who keeps receipts?) So, just send it to us.  We'll replace it at N/C.  IF you see fit to include a couple of bucks to cover our return postage, that would be cool (cash only please).

Do NOT return it if you have used it as a tiro iron, hammer or pry- bar.

DO return it if you have used it as a lifesaving glass-shattering device, or to fend off muggers, truck/car hijackers or terrorists.
We will gladly replace it under warranty (assuming it's broken!)"

I'm almost tempted to find me a mugger to whack with the tire gauge to test all this out! ;-)

So Joan,
If you use it as a weapon rather than a tire iron, do you think they want to see the blood?
