If the GVWR is 11,500 lbs and it weighs 10,680 lbs that leaves 820lbs for cargo? Dry weight of 9,238 lbs (1991 spec.) leaves only 2,262 lbs left. How much does a generator weigh?

Isn't the tongue weight about 10% of the trailer?

Is the actual weight with driver and "stuff"?

Trying to understand the math here...

Correct.

About 250 pounds, as I recall. But unlike most RV makers, who cheat on weights by not counting the A/C and generator, Lazy Daze includes those in all its calculations (e.g., dry weight), so you needn't subtract them separately.
