From what I understand of tracking cookies is that they aren't cleared out when you delete all your cookies, but if you have spy ware software, it will catch them and clean them out.Linda Hylton http://map.datastormusers.com/user1.cfm?user=1167 http://earl-linda.blogspot.com/
Re: Yahoo spying on group members with Web Beacons?? Reply #2 – January 08, 2009, 01:17:38 pm Yahoo Message Number: 98427I use Webroot spysweeper. It handles all my cookies according to my directions as to whether to keep them or quaranteed/delete them all automatically: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/consumer-products-spysweeper.html?WRSID=5ade1e081ab006edae29d25c3a8f4c48I also use the firewall and antivirus. It has protected me well for years. I first heard of them when they won an award for being good. Spysweeper will sweep your computer and show you what cookies are on it and what they do and you decide whether to keep it or have it automatically quaranteened every time it shows up. Once you get it set up it takes care of the cookies by itself.Michelle Ress west coast North America http://www.flickr.com/photos/safoocat/
