 I don't think any of us are. I still get that smile whenever I see my rig. :-)

Thanks everyone, yes a big owe smile for sure.
 Well today I spent going through this unit, winterizing it and getting ready for storage.  Even though I could not find any signs of water damage on ceiling, walls, under drawers or under windows.  The roof will need to be resealed.  The best I can tell is that it is original sealant from factory.

Checked the DOT date of tires during inspection and they were manufactured around 9/2006 and have about 50% tread left.  Mileage was 35,507

Drove home yesterday afternoon/evening over 200 miles and this unit drove great up mountains etc.  Was
