http://www.parkin-acc.com/   Here is a link to the Parkin Co which carries a variety of Hehr window parts and accessories.  The exact latch for my '02 is not made any more but I was able to find a latch that can be modified to fit my windows.  The other company that carries Hehr latches, etc. is: http://www.interstatemetals.com/metal-fabrication-catalog.htm

To get replacements I emailed photos of my window latch to these sources.  LD does not have my latch anymore.
