twin bed model without some furniture?

Has anyone ever asked the factory if the 30 ft twin bed model could be delivered minus one side of livingroom furniture?
For instance, just deliver with the sofa and the facing wall empty, rather than the two chairs/table or the slide out dinette in place. Would anyone know if the wall that typically holds the dinette or the two chairs and fold out table contains anything that juts into the living area?

The "NO!" answer is usually accompanied by one or more "looks" from LD's "Are you serious?" repertoire; these looks can "shade" from incredulous to scornful to highly amused.
I guess one could ask, but, if one wanted an LD with major furniture or other mods done, I would plan to use my own post-delivery hammer and pry bar. ;-)

I should call the factory and ask. I had a brochure for an early model 30ft island bed and the little built in table in the living area appears to stick out a bit from the wall. I guess, depending on how far out it came while folded down (if it still comes that way), one could just order that set up and then remove the two chairs and leave the table folded down against the wall. That might be better, anyway, for future resale purposes, IF the table is fairly flush to the wall when in the down position.
As everyone suggests, best to take a trip out to the factory and tour the floor plans. :-)

Thank you for your comments.

Mary.
I purchased a 06-30 ft., IB.  I am 6' 4" and weigh about 275 lbs.  As I am rather tall and large, I was extremely uncomfortable in the barrel chairs and detested them.  Unfortunately, I voiced my opinion in front of Ed while we were at the "Mother Ship."   After Ed stopped shaking and turning a rainbow of colors, he told me to leave.  I returned two-weeks later (after I shaved), ordered my LD and Ed swapped out the side table in the 30 ft., for the one in the 23 ft., where I gained 4 & 1/2", he kept his barrel chairs, and I was able to fit a black "Stressless Ekornes" leather recliner with ottoman and had room to spare.  Ti's better to think out of the box, than to have had Ed box my ears.

Mary -
I'm in the process of remodeling my '07 Rear Bath wardrobe to better suit our needs -
Joan mentioned using a pry bar - for heavens sake don't pry any of the framing loose on a LD coach - This can weaken framing in other areas adjacent to the area working on - instead use a wood chisel, cut and remove as much as can - BUT the factory uses extremely strong glue and some framing may just have to work around -
Remember weakened framing down the road spells many many problems and to many what if's to begin to start listing -
I am not a novice at remodeling and know it is better to be safe than sorry when dealing with frame work of a structure ;o)
