(Photo printers are those having six or more ink colors, unlike the much more common four-color printers most folks use.) The Canons produced quality equal to the very best of any brand, and were much more reliable than competing printers from Epson.My current printer, an ultracompact Canon i80, has only four ink colors, but delivers prints that are hard to tell from six-color photo prints.Andy Baird http://www.andybaird.com/travels/
