Jan, the Lazy Daze Companion is here:

I'm not sure what you mean about "the first 2 in the series"; the Companion is a collection of articles, not a series. The index on the lefthand side of each page lets you jump to any topic. I hope this helps you find what you were looking for. :-)

Jan, If you're looking for the other parts of Joan Taylor's article, try entering "long road" into the search field on the Lazy Daze Companion's page.  That should bring up all four parts to the article.

--- I had to look, too! Go to the home page of the message board, click on "Links" (at the left side of the page). From the list that comes up, click on "Lazy Daze Only Info", then scroll to the "Long Road..." articles. I need to write part 5 one of these days.....;-)

Thank you Joan, Jean and Andy. I was really enjoying reading when computer froze up and when was able to get back on that post was gone. Very informative and maybe all the new info I am getting is short circuiting my brain along with computer :-). Thanks again.
Jean where in N. Idaho do you live? I will be in Spokane June 6-11 for a family reunion. I raised my kids in Greenacres and was born and raised in Fairfield.
