My 2007 LD's door is hard to open

I picked up my new LD in May and love it.  However, I noticed while tail-gating at football games this fall, the door became increasing hard to open - as if the seal was over-sealing (if that makes any sence).  This past weekend while at an agility trial, I actually had to brace myself and push really hard to open it from the inside.  I suspect the cure is a lubricant?  Any thoughts?

You might try lubing the latch and strike with a bit of silicone spray. Also, the strike is adjustable. Have a close look and make sure it's centered and not adjusted in too far as that will require the door weather-strip to be compressed more tightly than necessary and also make for more effort to open.

It has been my experience that when you are on blocks on uneven ground, the frame "tweaks" enough to make the door hard to open.

Our door works fine most of the time. When new it was prone to squeaking while underway. Some lubrication as described

I'm not sure if this trick will help or not, but I'll share it.  Now where did I read this?
Someone mentioned that when the door is opened against the metal door catch (that is located on the outside of the rig and hits the middle of the door), the door bends
