LD for sale in Hondo, TX

We're spending a month at the SKP park in Hondo, TX.  On the way into town to do grocery shopping, there's an older brown and white LD sitting in an empty lot next to the Uniroyal tire dealer (C.S. & S. Tire Service) at the west end of town.
 Today, we stopped to find out more information.  Here's what was available from the information sheet in the window:

1983 Chevy 350 chassis New tires, radiator, front shocks, carpet, and batteries.

 The name plate by the door says, "The Gammeter's."  I don't know if these people are still the owners and the ones selling the rig.
 The body looks to be in fairly good shape considering its 25 years.  The paint is faded, of course, and it's dirty, but that may be just from sitting out in the elements.  We didn't see the inside, so can't comment on its condition.  I did look in the front window...the couch is at the rear passenger's side with the bath directly across from it on the rear driver's side (party plan? multiplan?).  The rear window has a crack in it.
 This rig isn't posted in the "For Sale" section of this website and I don't know whether or not it's posted anyplace online.

 1988 - can't tell the model. Outside paint looks rough/faded; inside looks clean and original. 86,000 miles, needs new engine, 2-year-old refrigerator, new radiator, new air, good tires. Asking $3000 OBO.
