Different Take on Crockpot & Pressure Cooker

I have both the pressure cooker and crock pot.  I have found that with LD oven, you can use disposable aluminum pans that I get at Costco.
The are called 1/2 steam tray or something like that and they cost about .50 each in a bundle of about 20 or 30.  Stew, corned beef and pot roast, covered with foil @ 350 for around 4 hours.  Serve and throw away the pan.  NO DISHWASHING.  Also works for brownies, cornbread, or other one pot meals.  For straight and level freeway type driving, you can do this while on the road.

On a similar note,  use disposable bags when I cook in the crockpot.
Same idea, at the end, after serving you just throw them away.  A great invention.
