I just noticed that Amazon has the Weber Baby Q at $100, no tax and free shipping.

We really like this unit (as do several others on he board) so I thought I'd pass the info along.

I cooked a 9+# turkey in my Baby-Q using Weber's Apple Brine Turkey recipe and it was great!  That is the largest size bird it will handle, but plenty big enough.
