"Thar's Gold in Them Thar Hills" or How to pay for the kids' colleg December 04, 2007, 09:18:25 pm Yahoo Message Number: 86758What a great time we had this summer in the absolutly delightful Dahlonega, GA, the site of the very first gold rush in the U.S. http://www.dahlonega.org/table/what-to-do/> We camped at a lovely campground along the Etawah River (by that very name, which I added to the database). The icy river was refreshing, but best of all, yielded gold! Yes, lots of gold. No, not pyrite or mica. This Etawah River is one of two rivers where THE swath of gold in the area was identified. Real gold. Gold that I'm certain will pay for all 3 kids' college. My question of the smartest people I know is this: How do I convert my gold that is located in this blue plastic cup to actual college cash? Where do I take it? Bank of America? Where would one take real gold for sale? Thanks for any helpful tips you can provide. I'll split the profits with you.Tessa in TX
