LD quality recognized long ago by RV'ers

The recent conversation regarding the "group" impacting sale prices or value of an LD brought to mind personal notices I used to see in RV magazines printed in the years prior to the popularity of the Internet.
 In the back of some of these old RV magazines, there were always printed requests/ ad's from people looking for used units or offering their units for sale.
 I remember seeing and reading these notices and there was almost always at least one in each issue from someone looking for a Lazy Daze class C unit. Over and over, I'd see these requests for information on used LD units for sale. My conclusion is the Lazy Daze class C units have long been recognized for their build quality and good use of interior space among the RV'ing community. Even back then, my guess is they commanded a higher than average resale price when compared to other class C brands.
