Don't get too excited. Since most of the words in the Craigslist entry are misspelled, the $1500 might be  a typo.  OTOH, since there's a swamp cooler, that dates it to mid-90s or earlier.  If anybody calls them, please post details.

It might have been a typo.  It's been changed to $1000.
