Frist trip out to Kennedy Meadow in the Sierras

Had a great time gas 3.51gl. in the mountains. Everything working great fishing slow .water levels very high, water very cold.  Had rib dinner overlooking meadow not to many people.  72 degres

Just curious...was this the Sonora pass Kennedy Meadows or the one down south on the east side of the Sierras?  Jack

I don't pretend to speak for "firejones" but, coincidentally, I'm pulling out for Kennedy Meadows (Hwy 108)first thing Monday morning.
They finally got the road open even though, in a normal year, it would have been clear by the opening of trout season the last week in April.
