1995 Lazy Daze 23' Front Lounge... worth $21,000?

I posted a note the other day but forgot to ask this question: The asking price for the 1995 23-foot Front Lounge Lazy Daze I'll be looking at soon is $21,000. Do you have any idea whether that's a reasonable price or not? The photos look like it's in good shape and the owner confirms that. It has no generator and no TV.
 RV Consumer Group suggests a rough price for this age of about $25,000 and NADA suggests about $15,500 so the $21,000 figure is about in the middle. If anyone has ideas of what this year/model has sold for recently I'd appreciate hearing. Oh, I'm near Seattle if that makes a difference.

If you go to the LD Yahoo web site, and check on the file "Asking Prices for Used LDs.txt", you find that an eleven year old 23' would be expected to have an asking price of about $23,500.  Here is a link to the table:

It sounds like the $21,000 asking price is reasonable.

I sure w  wouldn't let any of us other lookers know where it is at as it sounds like a buy to me. Most owners want a hefty premium over the book price and many get it. If you find a Lay Daze at or near book price that is in decent condition it is to be considered that you are lucky. Or that's what I have found in my search.

In the files section there is file that shows typical depreciation and new prices for LD's for many years. That would be a good place for you to start researching for your self. I forget the name of the file but it isn't hard to locate once you are in the files section..
