Towing Honda CR-V March 22, 2006, 11:18:29 pm Yahoo Message Number: 64450I just wanted to add our experience towing our '04 Honda CR-V, auto, 4- wheel drive. We have had no trouble towing it, but we do follow the owner's manual instructions for running through the gears prior to towing, as well as every time we stop for gas or a rest brake. It only takes a couple of minutes. We service the car more frequently than the recommended intervals, especially after a trip. It has about 18,000 recorded miles on it, and does not show milage while it's towed.We also have a U.S.Gear Tow Brake system, which has also perfomed without problems on the CR-V, and the '02 Saturn we had previously.Sharon N.
