Mothership and Vince

Just wanted to let you know (and probably many of you already know this), Vince in the repair department at the Mothership is wonderful.
 I've had a couple of small items having problems in PRII.  Called the Mothership, was connected to Vince, explained my problems, and while we were talking, he was grabbing the items I needed and packaging them.

Can't ask for better service than that.
 If any of you stop by the Mothership, please tell Vince he was highly praised on the list.

I agree wholeheartedly. Vince was the one who did some major repair work for me several months back, and it was carefully and meticulously done... better than would have been done anywhere else. It is the quality of work done by people like Vince that gives LD it's well- deserved reputation. He is a gem who I hope is greatly valued by LD.
