Assuming that you are talking about satellite for TV (you were already given information on Internet satellite), there are two choices: DirecTV and Dish Network.  Both have pretty much the same programming for pretty much the same price.  DirecTV has a few more sports programs that Dish Network doesn't, and Dish Network has a Superstations package that DirecTV doesn't.
Go to the website for each and look at their various programming packages.
To get ALL the programming for either system, you need to *see* more than one satellite; however, the bulk of the programming for both is on one satellite -- for Dish Network, that satellite is 119 (we've been Dish Network customers for many years now, and have never watched any of the programming on the 110 satellite since everything we want is on the 119).
Either will serve your purposes UNLESS you are planning on applying for an RV Waiver so that you can get network programming (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) from Los Angeles and/or New York (with Dish Network, you also have the choice of Chicago or Atlanta, although these cities are on the 110 satellite).  If you apply for an RV Waiver with DirecTV, they have some programming restrictions that Dish Network doesn't have...which may or may not be important to you.
You can read about the programming restrictions at
www.directv.com/DTVAPP/Learn/DNS_Vehicles.dsp .  Keep in mind that if you always travel within the footprint of your "local" stations, you're usually going to be places where you can get the network stations with your batwing antenna, or you don't give a fig about watching network programming, then you don't need an RV Wavier.
