We have been asked alot how much do we use our Motor Home, and when I read the post Re the 95 30' for sale..It was said "On the other hand, 95,000 miles is high (it's only 10,000 miles a year, but that's double what most 30ft LD owners drive), meaning engine and transmission work is likely sometime soon.
 When we bought "The DogHouse" our '96 30IB which is on the Chevy P30 chassis with the 454 engine Sept 2002 from the original owners, the coach had 40953 miles on it and we now have 101955 :)

 Since we started to fulltime, we've always put on between 10,000 to 12,000 miles each year.  Although we are no longer fulltimers, we are out on the road for 6 months each year, so we still put on more than the *average* of 5,000 per year.  This year, however, we spent 3 months in one spot camp hosting, so mileage will be less.  But our LD is now just over 1 year old and we have a little over 9,700 miles on it.
