Wanting to upgrade our Lazy Daze

Have just spent 3 hours reading postings. Cried at one point realizing how important our Lazy Daze has been to us, the experiences, the fantastic view out the rear of our 1987 23 1/2  ft. rear lounge...

We love our rear lounge feature, but are thinking that with 3 grand kids and another on the way, we will need a 26 1/2 mid bath (Haven't got used to the initials quite yet :-)...
 Thanks for the information on pricing. We are trying to get the hang of the values of used Lazy Daze (can't quite afford brand new, so will never get to go to the real parties I'm afraid :-)) But it gives us so much joy to see the level of community that you all share.

Someone stopped by and offered us $6,500 for our Lazy Daze. We thought it was a bit low. Is there a site that will give pricing for one that old?  We'll be looking out for our next one (26 1/2 MB) on this site.

 In the Files section of the group's Yahoo site (link below) is the file "Asking Prices for Used LDs.txt".  According to that file your rig, assuming average condition, should be in the $10-11K range.

Judy, you don't have to give up your beloved 23.5, you just need to make sure you have enough seat belts, and buy a tent!  We call ours the "guesthouse".  ;- )

Right here in the files section is a chart  based on the *asking* prices of used LD's, based on their length and age. It indicates that a 23.5 that's 19 years old would typically be asking $10,172.

If you're talking about the original Lazy Daze Caravan Club, you're correct...only original owners can go to those GTGs.
 However, there are several REGIONAL Lazy Daze caravan clubs around the country.  If you'll go to the Lazy Daze Caravan Club's website --
www.lazydazecaravanclub.org -- and click on "Links," you will be taken to a page that will give you information on most, if not all, the regional clubs.
