I went to U-Haul who had installed the towing package on my new 2002 Honda CRV, and had them match the receiver on the LD to the tow package on the CRV. When we were fulltiming, we kept some stuff in a U-Haul storage center. After 5 years of dealing with them -- and their numerous mistakes -- I got so fed up with them that we finally moved all the stuff in storage to a new storage facility which was NOT at U-Haul. As far as I could tell from dealing with the people behind the desk, the people who worked there were flunkies that probably would have had a hard time getting a job being a box boy at a grocery store! I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's feet or hurting their feelings, but after the experiences we had with U-Haul, there's no way I'd ever use them again to store my valuables let alone have them do something so important as installing a tow system on our toad and motorhome.Linda & Earl 2004 23.5' Red TK From Quartzsite, AZ
