 Sorry, bumper.  That was mean of me!  The cartoon was of a motorhome fitted out with airplane wings and tail.  Standing in front of it, a police officer is saying to a man dressed in pilot's uniform, "You were flyin' kinda low back there, Captain."

(It was funnier when I first saw it. )

Maybe it was Captain Morgan!  I've set sail with Capt. Morgan many times and never left dry land.  Boy was I flying low.
