Besides, engines and trannies from that vintage tend to have a useful life from 80K to 140K, so, at 120k, if engine and trannie are original, they will certainly near their end. Get a competent mechanic you can trust to check this rig. Even if you have to pay for, consider it as an insurance for nasty near term surprises.
