Houston's new towing law January 10, 2005, 11:19:26 am Yahoo Message Number: 49041After some discussion on this subject last week, I wondered if our emergency road service (Good Sam's ERS) would reimburse us if we should break down while going through Houston and the police sent their own service to tow us. Here is their response: "With the new towing laws in Houston, you will need to pay any towing or service charges out of pocket. You may then submit a claim to Good Sam RV ERS for reimbursement of any eligible charges, as outlined in the Good Sam RV ERS Member Benefit Brochure."
