Thankyou SC A cat heater works best if pointed directly at you - when you're located where you typically will be in the room. If seated on the commode, you would want it mounted at the shower facing you, and the reverse if showering. Neither position is viable, nor is under the TP holder. Mounting the unit portably with feet and a flexible hose routed from the other room allows you to position it exactly where it will be useful in both rooms.Steve
