(Apparently they tend to loosen up with time and mileage.) Tightening its hold-down bolts solved the problem. I didn't do the tightening--Camping World did--so I can't tell you exactly where they are, or whether you can get to them from inside, but there might be a diagram in your owner's manual that shows where they are.
