Fan-Tastic Vent Co. (maker of Fantastic Fan Vents and Endless Breeze Fans) is the kind of company we should all support.

I just received the benefit of the customer service that they are famous for.  Through my own fault, I broke the lexan cover on the Fantastic Fan on our 2002 MB.  I called them and explained that we planned to take the rig out in about a week.  After asking how long we had the rig (a little over 2-1/2 yrs), they said they would ship a replacement for 2 day delivery at no cost.

The fan motor Fantastic Fan in our 1983 LD burned out after running almost continuously for eight summers (it gets hot here!). I called customer service, to order a replacement. A new one was sent free of charge. It doesn't get any better.
What a great company.
