Meeting Barry & Martha Barnes

This is such a fun part of RVing - meeting more and more great LD folks. We got to meet John and Colleen Kuykendall in San Antonio about a week ago, and now on our meandering back toward Albuquerque, we got to meet Barry and Martha Barnes in New Braunsfelds (sp?). What super folks! Now here's a treat - they have high-speed wireless that I could connect to out beside their home, right in my RV. I'm getting so spoiled to this high-speed stuff that it's hard to have anything less.
 We got to see the famous Velvac mirrors - AND, I ordered a pair. Barry showed us the difference it makes - and all I can say is, WOW!
 The bad news is that Barry & Martha told us about this gigantic outlet mall just a few miles north of their house. My gosh, we spent most of the day there, and didn't even scratch the surface of the place. Well, it's Texas. What could I expect?

And thanks to Martha Barnes and John Kuykendall's, we're in Fredricksburg, TX. This place is one where we'll really be coming back.
We can only stay here a couple of days, and there's WAY too much to see and do for this short time period. More on this place, later. Gotta go shop!
