Squeaky Toilet
Some months ago my toilet made a squeaky sound when in use.  At first it was a little squeak which I could tolerate.   Gradually the squeak became more noticeable and more annoying.  Today I finally decided to chase down that bothersome peaky sound.

I push and pulled on the toilet and NOT a sound.   That’s not possible.  Squeaks seldom fix themselves.  As I stood up using the toilet seat for help … tada … I found my squeak.  I’ll need a deep socket to tighten the seat which I don’t carry with us.

Mystery solved.

And also good that it wasn't rotted out wood at the base, where there has been an undiscovered leak!  RonB
