Seems to be about $10,000 too high as it is nearly 10 years old. Not driven much either. Things to check closely; generator exercised regularly (hours should not be less than 100 hours), roof seals (LD recommends reseal at 10 years), suspension/chassis (not driven so is it in good condition? Professional checkup needed), check if any seals are dried out (water faucets, hose fitting…), was gas stabilizer used? I am always careful when considering low mileage older vehicles. Just too many things that can come up in the short term due to the lack of use. RonS 2 Likes

This rig would be pleasant as a day-use cabana parked at the beach, but cramped as a camping unit for more than a week. Wouldn't be interested at any price.Steve 4 Likes

The Front Dinette/Front Lounge floorplans need the bunk to carry more than one adult. The couch is too small to sleep two adults and the dinette, when converted comfortably, can only sleep small children.As Steve said, I wouldn't want anything to do with it.Larry 5 Likes

At 23 y.o. my rig has only 126 hours on the generator, and it is in good shape. (Mostly run for maintenance). The roof seams should be good. Not being exposed much to UV. Mileage is high enough to be broken in. Underneath would be interesting to look for rust. (salted roads?). I don't think LD would reduce any beams in the cabover area, so I would consider converting that back to a bunk. Of course, I would hate to rip it out at that price! Depends on how good you are with lightweight but careful re-construction. Without the side cabover windows, warmer in winter, warmer! in summer. For one person it should be a great coach. The high price reflects what the dealer hopes to get. RonB 2 Likes

I would assume like the standard entertainment cabover for the 30’ model, LD did NOT reinforce that for use as a bunk. Is it possible to convert that to a bunk? Sure, just don’t think it will be trivial.As a happy buyer of a 2017 TK last year with only 7117 miles on it, a 2014 with 19,000 miles isn’t too low, ASSUMING things were run on a regular basis. The original owner I bought from was incredibly attentive to his rig for how little it was used, regularly ran the generator (had 112 hours when I bought it), ran the engine and drove it a bit often, records for everything, meticulous organization of every bay. I knew the guy cared for it well and it was backed up by the inspector, who said he had never inspected such a well maintained rig.Price is too high in the current market. Should be more like $60k-$65k, especially since it’s coming up on needing a roof resealThat said, I did pay a premium on my 2017, but the market was incredibly competitive in March 2022.Final thought, this seems to be a dealer, not a private seller. That explains the high price, and is also a bit of a negative as you cannot speak with the original owner. 1 Likes

You'd have to re-enforce various places.2. The ad is all sizzle and no meat. All we are 'seeing' is the surface. I like others would need to see the 'guts' of the machine. After it's a RV. Without an engine, transmission, water, and sewage up to par, it's only good as a paperweight.3. My 2014 TK has around 61,000. Yup we, lb and I, like to 'see' the country.
