Rear bumper wheels solve low clearance issues
Many years ago we added rotating wheels to the rear bumper to keep our LD from bottoming out going down our driveway and in other areas that have divots in the road. You can see in the pictures there is a sizable divot that can be a challenge because our driveway slopes down and the middle of the street is raised. With the wheels we clear the bike rack and bottom of the LD by about 2 inches. The wheels keeps our LD from scraping the ground.

I would think those will just snap or bend your bumper if enough weight is put on those. I can’t imagine casters are made to support that kind of weight but interesting none the less.

We have the heavy duty casters.  We’ve had them the entire 16 years we have had the LD. Never had a problem. Without them we would not be able to get the LD out of our driveway.

Genius! I'm surprised the bike rack doesn't scrape through, my motorcycle one scrapes a lot, but not sure if adding wheels to it would end up just bending the rack.... only one way to find out...

Where did you get yours?

Got the wheels at HD. The bottom of the bike rack sits above the bottom of the hitch. The bike rack only supports up to 120 lbs, your motorcycle and hitch must weigh a lot more.
