ITS TIME TO PLAY “WHATS THAT FOR”!?
Everyones favorite single question quiz game for the whole family…

First (and only) question…

On a 2005 26.5 MB, what’s the ceiling vent for located in the “hallway” just outside the bathroom and next to the TV antennae crank?

We use it to provide make up air for the bath fan (upgraded to a fantastic fan) when we prefer not to have outside air flowing through a larger area of the camper.

Swamp Cooler - 2005 - ???

My 2004 30'IB has a mid coach vent just between the W.C. and the shower. Originally it was constructed with just a vent but later I added a Fantastic Fan. Later still I replaced the F.F. with a MaxxAir.

You could do the same if it's a 14x14" opening.

Interesting.  And here I've just been cracking the window in conjunction with the vent fan.

I'm thinking of just doing a fixed skylight with roller shade cover...the bedroom fan sits just a few feet behind it and I'm not sure I need that many fans.

We still have the swamp cooler in ours and love it for desert camping!

I have a total of five (5) and have been glad for them, configured in any number of ways. A central fan in exhaust mode can draw air from the coach by way of other vents or open windows. In intake mode it can move air to the toilet vent to assist in removing odors or moisture from the shower. A front (or rear) fan on intake mode along with the fan at the opposite end on exhaust mode can provide whole coach ventilation. Configure as you will and reap the benefit!   ::)   ;)

Another factor for each vent, whether it ends up as a powered vent or just openable, is whether there are power wires located behind the fascia, otherwise called a 'garnish'.   If Lazy Daze intended to put a swamp cooler there, perhaps as an option, then there should be taped off wires at that ceiling vent hole.  RonB
