Looking for a Tucson, Arizona LD owner
My wife and I will be starting construction in a month to have an RV garage built on a hilltop property at the start of the Catalina Foothills. Even though the driveway will be rebuilt, I wanted to ask if someone may have "cabin fever and a mask and want an excuse to exercise their rig" to see if they can make it up the driveway. Please let me know if there are any willing individuals and what kind of reward they would like to receive. Attached is a photo of the approved Pima County plans for the new garage. The existing garage will be converted into a "mother-in-law" suite for my 81-year-old mother to move in with us.

What is the address, I will drive by and take a look.  I live on the fareast side at the Rincons. What length LD are you on the waitlist for?   I have a 30 IB, but the suspension has been slightly tweaked so it isnt as low as stock in the back.  Also previous owner put on 2 large steel wheels under the rear bumper.  When I talked to the original owner, he said that he had a steep driveway and it would scrape without the modifications.  You can email me at parussky@gmail.com

Looking at your plan I wonder if you have made allowances for clearance along the passenger side of the RV? It appears in the drawing that there are support posts very close to that side. I would want at least 2' of walkway the full length of the rig.   ::)

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. The draftsman made a 12' wide x 14' high door in the RV Bay and an 18' wide x 8' high door in the Tandem Bay. There was supposed to be at least 2' on each side, but will definitely ask about the length.

Replying for any new responses - perhaps at Catalina State Park?

Sam,
Is there something I can help you with?  I still live on eastside of Tucson, but go all over town selling real estate.  Send me an email if you need something.
Thanks

Thank you for your offer to help. My wife and I are looking for someone with a front dinette that would like to show off their coach.
