2003 Lazy Daze, 26 1/2 ft, V10, E450 chassis, rear kitchen model, 6,500 original miles, lowest mileage 2003 in the country for sale and probably the only rear kitchen your going to find. These Lazy dazes are built to order. With this unit all systems work beautifully, onan 4kw generator with only 7 hours on it, stove, oven, full size fridge, roof air conditioning, stand up shower, sink, toilet, sleeps 4, inside still smells new, interior is beautiful, all cabinetry, couch/bed, seats, back dinette is perfect, was always stored in an enclosed carport, original owner passed away, rv was only used for local trips, never used for towing. 2 year wait at the factory. If you bought a new Lazy daze, the price is $137,000, this coach is the next thing to new, you will get a coach hardly used that's practically like new, a bargain at $60k obo.

Hard to say what it’s worth, there is a lot of maintenance to be done and to things to replace.
The brake calipers should be replaced, along with the fluids, tires and batteries, serpentine belt and the hoses. The windows, roof and possibly the endcaps need to be resealed.  Seven hours on the generator isn’t a good sign.
The double glazed windows may have already leaked and fogged up.
Just because it isn’t driven doesn’t mean everything is new. All sorts of bad things can happen when a rig sits for long periods, unattended.

26 1999 $29K Lazy Daze REAR KITCHEN Greenville SC
1999 Lazy Daze 26.5 Motorhome *Rare* Rear Kitchen RV - rvs - by...
My wife and I are selling our 1999 Lazy Daze Class C motorhome that we name the Beach House. We recently purchased a boat and found that we didn’t have the time and money to use both the boat and motorhome (I had to promise my wife if we sell the boat that we could get another Lazy Daze).

When researching buying our motorhome I kept coming back to the quality and following behind Lazy Daze Motorhomes. They are hand made in California and only make a couple hundred (or less) a year. The outside shell is painted aluminum and the roof is a single piece of aluminum. They really do hold up well over time because the build quality is so high, they are made to last. We are the second owner, the first owner was from Tennessee and went back and forth from Tennessee to Arizona in the winter. We recently took her to Maine, Niagara Falls, Key West and everywhere in between on the east coast and had a blast. At 26.5 feet we never had any issues getting into any campgrounds and found that we could park her on many streets (including right in front of the White House!), we could even back into a normal parking spot if there was space for her to overhang past the rear tires. I am a firm believer that it is much better to keep using these RVs rather then just let them sit (which is why I personally would not be very excited about one with super low milage...).

Our Lazy Daze has a very rare rear kitchen layout that we absolutely love with amazing panoramic windows in the back. The living room has 2 incredibly comfortable couches. A single couch can be converted to a double bed or both can be pulled out to make a king (our favorite). There is also a queen over cab bunk and the rear kitchen table can either be extended to seat 4 or converted to a kids bed for 2. Lazy Daze provides and excellent Owners manual that goes through every system of the RV and it was invaluable for us as new owners. Since they have been making the same RVs for over 60 years they have put everything they have learned into the manual and it is incredibly helpful (especially for us as new RV owners). She is gassed up and ready for her next adventure!

We are selling our 2010 MB. Live in Lindstrom, MN and are about 45 minutes (depending on traffic and how you drive:) from the Mpls International Airport. We are willing to come and fetch anyone out of state who is serious about purchasing. We installed hitch receivers on the back and the front (we carried 250cc motorcycles) but could do bikes/trailer as well. Last year over the winter we had 4 solar panels with batteries installed and had a certified RV mechanic go over it with a fine tooth comb. It can boondock for 4-7 days depending on your use. It also has a generator. We used the AC on a recent trip when it was close to 100 degrees and we were very comfortable. Plenty of tread on the tires. We have all the receipts of maintenance if anyone wants specifics. There is nothing (that we know of) that needs fixing or doing and it is ready for someone to finish off the summer or head South for the winter. You can respond to this add or TEXT ONLY. Serious inquires only. Asking $70k

Hi folks,

That's my 2015 TK that BSBETS re-posted, here, under the heading of Non-member Classified Listings.  Well, I am a member and I indeed posted it on this site in the Classifieds and I'm not completely thrilled to have it associated with this particular thread.

There does seem to be an undercurrent in this thread that there is a fair amount of unscrupulous price gouging going on in the used RV market.  I've no doubt that's true, and I've been accused of the same by a member of this group via PM, I was also accused of a few other things too, by this same member who knows nothing about me.

When I bought my rig I had no thought of selling it a quick 3 years later and never considered its market value at any point in time.  My wife agreed to 2 years of full timing, which we've done.  Throw in Covid, more grandkids...

So we're selling.  The NADA guide puts the value at $57.5K to $69.3k.  I listed on the high side of average. Are prices high?  Damn right, for everything!  I've no idea if they'll come down or continue to climb.  I'm an ex Coastie and retired mailman with a high school education, how would I know?

Thanks for listening,
Mike
