The chassis is 1998 Ford F-Super Duty V10 7.4L climbing mounting with ease. Meticulously maintained. Tires are in great condition with depth almost new. The wheel bearing has been replaced and new synthetic gear oil filled. The front hub bearing also has been recently re-pack, brake pads has been replaced during the process. Transmission serviced, coolant replaced just recent year. The smog just done last week, ready for the new owner. All work has been done with renown All-Car Specialist in San Gabriel.

Feature is the most desirable is this Lazy Daze mid bath, roomy shower, porcelain toilet with foot flush and portable hose bidet for easy cleanup. Plenty of storage in bathroom, and famous Lazy Daze doors that quickly turn become separator between main room to the front sections. The two rear long bench quickly turned become full or even king size bed when both sides extended and can sleep 3 adults comfortably. The middle featuring long bench and can be turn become twin XL size bed that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children. Overhead is the bunk with full XL size that sleeps another 2 adult comfortably makes it total of 6 adults. 3 burner stove with igniter, powerful microwave, and oven. Sizeable refrigerator and freezer works flawlessly. Heater, AC and this model comes with evaporative cooler for energy savings while stay in comfort!

Other than the price this is a pretty interesting LD.  The kitchen table/booth comes with both booths sliding to fit two or four people.

This class c motorhome was top of the line in its day. But time has done what time will do, and she needs some tlc and a little more updating than I ha e the time or money to  put in. Under 70000 original miles, new tires all.around, including the spare, at last check all appliance worked, but the ac and refrigerator need recharged. Even has the original coffeemaker you could custom order off the line. Strong motor, but needs a new battery and potentially will need the alternator replaced, needs a jump every second or third time you wanna fire her up. Will need ignition replaced, lost the keys, tore out the damn ignition, and immediately found the keys. Water damage in overcab area, but the bones seem okay. Have title, never registered it to myself though, so you'll have to add yourself as an and/or, and then when you go register it, have me and my significant other removed. Price is negotiable, not by a whole lot, any questions ill answer best I can, but no holds or next week maybes

Most or all of the roof is rotted, it has zero value, except for salvage. To fix this, the roof needs to be removed and the framing totally rebuilt. Odds are the walls have rot too.
So typical of the 80's, and earlier, LDs

Might be priced a little high.
The Banks Power system for towing would seem to indicate more power was needed to tow something heavy.
The transmission is the first thing that wears out and towing helps lead to an earlier demise.
I always wonder about rigs with few photos.
