Pricing a 1999, 31' LD May 18, 2021, 10:51:04 am I would appreciate any comments. In today's market. How much could I ask for our 1999, 31' IB? 70k miles. V10 w/Banks, Bilsteins, Solar, very well maintained and updated. A few minor blemishes here and there but overall really nice condition.

My storage is within bike distance from my home base. Been there for 13 years and very affordable $120. Owners just sold the lot, new owners increasing space rent to $350 + $15 per foot over 20 = $515 per month.... er NO! Found another nearby, $350 per month.... $4200 per year for RV storage was not in my retirement budget. 1 Likes

Mama always said, "if you don't ask, you don't get."
