Ford V10 158" wheelbase. We are the Original owners, always stored at home in San Diego since new. We have a current smog and title in file. Selling only because Dad is 90 years old and is no longer able to use it. We have all the paperwork, records since new, original title etc. This coach has been very well taken care of and maintained since new. Very low mileage and interior wear and tear. All cabinetry, floors and upholstery are in almost new condition. I will edit and add more pictures and details over the weekend. Please feel free to email, call or text fir any questions. The 1996 is from a member of the Lazy Daze Caravan Club.  I bought mine from a member of the club and he maintained it well.  He was 94 years young when he sold.

I know this is a 23.5' front lounge I'm just putting what the seller wrote. I did email them I would re-post it here.
I'm beginning to consider an older one like this.  The savings could go a long way for any needed repairs.

The 1996 (Bend, OR) linked above is a 23.5', not a 22'. (The 22' was on a Chevy; the seller advertises this as a Ford.)

Certainly worth investigating; something in addition to all the other "checks" to look at (and smell) carefully is the carpeting; it appears to have been covered with plastic runners. Plastic runners can trap moisture and mold and mildew can develop in the pad and carpeting. (And, eventually, into the flooring.)

It has an overhead bunk, you can tell from the windows there and I can see a tiny bit of it in one of the photos.

Fyi...2017 rb on rv trader....it does have low miles but the guy has lived in it...original tires, batteries..just oil changes. Low miles but used like a house.

My highly upgraded 95 TK sold for $19.5K to the first person who looked at it. It tells me I could have asked for more.
It's a crazy market right now.  Watch for a massive glut of RV's and motorhomes on the market in a couple of years however.

Spoke to so called owner.  Texas title but not in sellers name, is in grandfather’s name.  Seller claims his grandfather is in Oklahoma.  I thought I’d seen this rig before in another Craigslist listed the rig in Oklahoma.  I think this guy is a little slippery.  I backed out of the deal.
