Not Mine.
1992 Lazy Daze 22' Class C - $9,800 (Ouray)
1992 Lazy Daze 22' Class C - rvs - by owner - vehicle automotive sale

1992 Lazy Daze RV. Lazy Daze Rv's are custom built for each owner, they are crafted and built in California. The cabinets are better quality then a standard RV, and the fit and finish details are superb.

Anyways, onto ours - named "Smoodie". If you buy it I'll tell you how it got its name.
We have owned Smoodie for 10 years. It has taken us all over the country. With its solar panel on top and its deep cycle batteries, we have been able to camp and boondock without the need of a plug in. It does have a plug in and that is the only way to get the A/C working, if you go to warmer climates.

We updated some of the interior, taking out the carpet and installing laminate wood floor - alot easier to clean. Installed a new water pump for more pressure. The cool thing is, the bathroom is big. Shower is decent size and toilet is a real toilet.

The Good:
Fuel injected Chevy 350 - gets 11mpg cruising at 65mph. New engine was installed right before we bought it, it now has 27,000 miles on it.
HD tranny - 4l80E overdrive
Nearly new tires all around - all terrain Load E
Solar Panel
A/C works
New Battery
Always taken care of and stored inside in the winter.

The stuff needing some attention:
Swamp Cooler - yes has both a swamp cooler- we never used and an A/C. The plastic shroud up top has broken and will need replacing at some point
Probably due for new deep cycle batteries, they work and hold a charge, and will carry thru with sun, but they are not a 100%.
Small power steeting pump leak, Drips when sitting over winter

I would not hesitate to get in Smoodie and drive anywhere, we have, all the way to Oregon and back, California and back, yellowstone, Arizone, and Misoorui and back. It has been so dependable and easy to use. The 22' gives just eneough room, but you can still park in a normal parking spot. The drivetrain is solid.

1994 Lazy Daze 26.5 MID-BATH $25,000 Pensacola FL
https://www.rvtrader.com/listing/1994-Lazy-Daze-26.5-MID-BATH-5011961061
 LAZY DAZE 26.5
Style: E 350 CUTAWAY VAN
Body Type: 2DR
Drivetrain: RWD

We are third owners and went with the RV from California to Florida without any problem
1994 Ford with 86,000 original miles
Clean and well kept with remodeled aspen paneled rear Lounge plus a twin size bed with hinge that lifts for storage. A matching bed could be added opposite the one I put in and there would still be room for a recliner between the two.
    Rebuilt toilet with new seals
3x 80 watt solar panels on the roof with 6 deep cell 6 volt DC golf cart batteries
The solar set up allows for "boon docking" without AC power. Just add an inverter and you can watch TV and charge computer batteries for up to 6 hous every night. Sun recharges everything the next day automatically.
Cell phone signal amplifier with antenna
    Descent tire tread left
Wrap around tinted panorama windows in back, and large dinette window
Furnace works great, but we used a two setting Mr. Heater (4,000 and 9,000 BTUs), ran the propane hose outside(the access now plugged with cork at the entry steps) to a 5 gallon propane bottle for plenty of heat withour the noise and battery drain of the furnace motor (when boon docking). Plenty of radiant heat on the coldest days.
Easy to drive . basically a Pick Up Truck Chassis
Bonus storage in the Diamond Plate Aluminum Toolbox mounted to rear receiver hitch
Bike rack on rear behind tool box.
Every appliance works great. furnace, large fridge (cools freezer to - 10 below) and fridge portion to mid 30s on lower setting.
    Motor and tranny is strong
Brakes good at last tire rotation @ 82,000 miles
Lots of storage and plenty of inside cabinets
Already depreciated as far as it will go. can always get all your money back as Lazy Daze has a cult following. over a year's waiting list to buy a new one which will set you back well over $105,000 dollars
Queen size bed over cab. with ladder and good solid handles to hold on to when getting in our out
5 Gallon Propane bottle (in toolbox)
Roof does not leak. if and when it does just apply a few "caulking gun" tubes of self-leveling RV roof sealant along existing seams and vents, an easy two to three hour job
CB radio. for emergencies when out of cell service
    Great hunting rig
Cheap Living rig, free camping on BLM and Forest Service Lands
Original Sales Invoice from Factory to 1st buyers. and original owners manuals
Includes an 29 inch smart Sony TV. plays movies from DVD player
    New stronger reception TV antenna

I have never before seen a 23 1/2 FL with an entertainment center:
2005 Class C Lazy Daze 23 1/2 ft - rvs - by owner - vehicle...

Neither have I, without the overhead bunk, the owner is left with only one sleeping position, the pull-out couch. I guess it will work for one person or two very friendly people, the couch isn’t very roomy, even when pulled out.
The 23.5’ Fl, with an enterainment center, is not the most practical floorpan, IMO.

The one listed above must be a scam.....it shows pictures of a mid bath 26.5 ...but says its a Tk 24ft......not a 23.5 TK......too many mistakes to seem like a real prospect....

"says its a Tk 24ft......not a 23.5 TK"
----
It seems that quite a few sellers don't know what they are selling, but it's not unusual to refer to a 23.5' as a 24' model. But, the unit described and pictured in the ad is a 26.5' Mid-bath.

JMO: I certainly don't condone seller scams (or scams of any type), but a buyer has the responsibility to educate himself/herself to avoid getting snookered.

The success of the current market for RVs, new and used, indicates (to me, anyway) that a whole lot of buyers are doing no homework on any part of what they're getting into and buying  POS at often grossly inflated prices based largely on impulse and marketing hype.

Scams and snake oil continue to flourish because they work.

YMMV, as always.

Well this one sure looks clean. It is on a E450 chassis so it has to be an '03 or newer. The internals look very much like my '99. I still like my working clock and the light switches.  The SB 3000i would be an upgrade item.  No mention of LED lighting.   Having no cabover sleeping area really makes the sleeping for 'one'.  'obo'  would put it the $25,000 range for me, but not my 'cup of tea' for the floorplan.   RonB

2000 LAZY DAZE Motorhome - $16,500
2000 LAZY DAZE Motorhome - rvs - by owner - vehicle automotive sale
This home is a gem. The highest quality you could buy in 2000. Very well maintained. It has been a beloved part of our family. It is a self contained unit as well, and everything works just like it should. READY TO GO! There are some cosmetic defects such as sun faded paint, cracked window, tear in screen door, but that's it. No leaks, old or new, but I resealed the roof last year anyway. She runs and drives like a dream, very strong. I would love to answer any questions, just call or text Tom anytime.

.High output V-10 engine
.Rear lounge folds into a california king bed
. Queen bed upstairs
.Onan 4000 generator w/100 hours, like new
.Two new house batteries, $800 value
.16ft awning in good shape
.Can get 14 mpg, but usually gets 11 to 12mpg
.Real porcelain toilet
.Last year we had new brake pads, rotors, calipers, and lines done

Lazy Daze For Sale Ads from June 2020-April 29 2021.

Size and model are not always exact.  (pardon the learning curve)
Year, price and city are correct
I have most of the ads saved as .pdfs.
There are some duplicates; some when prices are lowered and some where a flipper got it so it's listed twice sometimes a different city.

one-line Format:
Length- year- Price- Lazy Daze- LAY OUT- City, State
