Question about Pla-cool swamp cooler
For those of you that still have the swamp cooler, from the ceiling of your unit, what direction  is it installed?  What way do the switches face? Towards front? Towards back? Side?
I’m having problems getting the screws to line up.

This is in a '92 MB
BTW, a little known tip is that you can click on Media and look for the row to the right that says Home  My Albums  All Albums  Unseen Search. If you click on Search and put in what you are looking for, a photo might turn up. That's what I did for 'swamp cooler'.

I still can't tell what direction it's facing, any idea?

I believe you are looking toward the back of the MB. Also, I believe Tessa took the door off the bathroom to the right and replaced it with a curtain. Here's another photo with the SC removed. So the switches face the front. https://www.lazydazeowners.com/index.php?action=media;sa=item;in=1458

On my 96 FL, the switches are pointed to the front and on the left side.

On my 89, the switches face the front. The screws are sometimes hard to line up. Put the screw on a Phillips screwdriver and put it in one corner before you push it into place. Then you can see the hole and be able to line up one corner. After getting that one started, but not tight, do the opposite corner. Then the last two by feel.

Thanks folks, we were finally able to align it and get it installed again.  Not something I would want to do very often.
