The website that has 300 LDs for sale seems to be all old ads, do they ever show any new postings that are maybe still available? I have answered a few and none ever got back to me!

That was my conclusion also. Very out of date listings.

It looks to be in very nice original condition, but with that said it’s still a $20,000 RV.

I am always hesitant when I see a 20 year old RV with that low of mileage.  Sounds like it hasn’t been used much and may have some problem with leaky seals, etc. Then again it could be a real find if it has been properly maintained. I agree, priced way too high.

Other than being 21 years old, built on a light-duty E350 chassis, and having a V10, with the well-known blown spark plug issues, it looks wonderful.
The 40K price tag is wishful thinking.

Found:  1999 Lazy Daze 26ft. E450  on craigslist in SanDiego.     110,000 miles for  $13K

Based on the windows, it looks like a Rear Bath ?

Lazy Daze RV - rvs - by owner - vehicle automotive sale

I agree.  Wish there were photos of the inside.  The price seems like a bargain.

Perhaps contact the seller and they can provide more photos?  Could be a good deal but, as always, depends on how it’s been maintained.  Says it was stored indoors but for how long?  Being the seller is located at Point Loma (near the San Diego Bay), I would check carefully for rust issues underneath due to the marine environment.

Hmmm, they must of got a lot of interest and decided it was priced too low for today's market.  The initial price was more accurate for a normal market, IMO.

Found a mid bath on craigslist in Houston
2008 lazy Daze 27 ft - $49,500
2008 lazy Daze 27 ft - rvs - by owner - vehicle automotive sale

I initially saw it last night and it was priced at $39,500  today it is listed at $49,500

The same ad is listed around the country but none of them say the LD Is in Houston.  I did email him and he told me it was in Houston.    Looks like a nice rig.
Here are the links to all of the ads:

Could be smart marketing  or the same technique scammers use.

I received and email from Camping World about a great used RV sale.  I couldn't believe the prices. Five year old Thor Class C's for sale at the same price as end of year clearance ones sold for two years ago.

Yeah, it's crazy out there now.  I feel very blessed to have purchased my LD in December at a very reasonable price.  Those that are patient, or willing to wait out this current market, will be be glad they did so, I think.

The Forum Used Price Guide shows $31K for a 24' of this vintage.  I know the market is crazy right now, but that asking price seems very steep.  Any ideas on a "reasonable" price for a 24' TK this age?

Josh the rv flipper has another Lazy Daze on rv trader....he listed a 92 ld last time for a high price. This time he is asking 58k for a 2007.for a 23.5 TK...he does not list the vin so you can't trace it. His number matches numerous ads on the internet. 562 273 4213. Run from this guy...

I thought the guy sounded like a salesman. I guess flipping RV's are in now?

I was asking questions, date code on tires, maint, etc and Josh responded at one point when he could not answer my questions ...with any thing other than they have good tread, or I'm sure it has been done...ignoring my request for pictures of undercarriage  and roof....he finally said I was too much trouble to deal with and hung up.....lol....wants to make a quick 20k profit and not do anything for it.
The utube video was probably recorded at the original owners house before he bought it.....anyone recognize the neighborhood?

Josh the Flipper sounds a lot like David Leisure when he did his Joe Isuzu commercials.  At least those had captions "He's Lying"

This appears to be the same LD, listed for sale on RV Trader; the lack of pertinent information in this ad is the same as in the video, but the price (seriously?) is listed in the RV Trader ad.

Same LD that was listed in Northridge for $36K.  Same License plates.  7LEE274
I have both ads, as I've been tracking asking prices and saving ads for the past 9 months.
Couldn't figure out how to insert photo here.
