Tire pressures for rear duallies.
Please settle a question: My understanding is that the dual tires should be equal in pressure, however someone on the Lazy Daze fb page states the inside tire should be 3 lbs less due to highway curvature.  Which is correct?

Quote from Michelin, page 5

--------
Tire inflation pressures should be maintained across
an axle at the same inflation pressure, especially in dual
fitment. Make sure to check both tires in a dual fitment;
pressures should be the same. The maximum allowable
difference between tires across an axle is 5 psi
----

I suppose you could make a tortured case that 3psi less is acceptable, but I would aim for the the same.

The road curvature thing makes no sense, as it depends on which road you're on, and even differs between lanes on the same road.

The inside tire can heat up more, which can result in a higher running pressure.  That's also addressed in the Michelin booklet.

All tires on the same axle should be inflated to the same pressures. I agree with Rich that the “highway curvature” theory is nonsense.   ::)

Yeah, on 4 or more lane roads and many other roads you may not see the curvature, I would think.

There are a lot of things on the LD FB pages that are nonsense

I’ve been starting to notice that, Don. That’s why I always come back here to get a sanity check!

<smile> What !!!!  And I thought if its 'written' down it must be true.  My mother always said 'nothing is self validating'.

I suspect that the nonsense  on the "LD FB " has more to do with the FB part than the LD part.
