Senator's Wash December 29, 2020, 02:39:50 pm Is Senator's Wash self registration or do you have to go inside to register?
Re: Senator's Wash Reply #1 – December 29, 2020, 08:31:08 pm It’s been many, many years since I last camped there. You may want to contact them directly and ask what their process is these days, especially with COVID still going on:Senator Wash North Shore | Bureau of Land Management
Re: Senator's Wash Reply #2 – December 30, 2020, 08:55:36 pm The good news is you can get an LTVA pass anywhere in the region and use it at any of the LTVAs. We always get ours in Quartzsite, then go to Senator Wash after the LD gathering.

Re: Senator's Wash Reply #4 – December 31, 2020, 09:30:21 am I spend a lot of time there. I went inside to get the LTVA pass, but if you want to camp by the water, a different pass (can't remember the name of it). The LTVA pass can be purchased at the trailer next to the dump station. The pass to camp next to the water is purchased at the RV next to the boat ramp. The by-the-water pass is about $75 and an annual pass that allows you to camp by the water for 14 days at a time, then you have to leave for 14 days. I usually do 14 days by the water and then go up the hill for 14 days, although I have stayed longer than 14 days by the water and no one seemed to care I was past the 14 day limit.
Re: Senator's Wash Reply #5 – December 31, 2020, 10:29:34 am You can also buy your pass online at YourPassNow . They do charge a service fee, but it was worth it to us to be able to use our CC instead of cash or writing a check. YMMV.I should add that there are only a limited number of places where you can turn in the paper form you printed out when you paid online to get the stickers that go on your vehicle(s). Those places are listed at the above website.
