Whatever is lacks in quality, it's good to know you can have a 32" and 39" TV, plenty of screens.Larry

The flipped galley area, stove, and table will make a smaller over the shoulder to the right viewing area for the driver. But even if they kept the configuration the same as a LD, the window in a slide out is likely smaller. I live in a neighborhood with a lot of kids and cars going by my house. I have really grown to like that over the shoulder view in our MB when backing in or out of the driveway and the like maneuvers. When helping friends find an rv I always check that viewing angle from the driver’s seat and comment pro or con. It is something a lot of people overlook. 3 Likes

One trip, we rented a smaller one on purpose to check how that would feel (though at the time we leaned strongly towards a MB). No slides, I think it was a 20' so slightly smaller.The middle area (by the kitchen) - which is the main open space in the TK as well as this RV, was not nearly as large as the LD.We found we both could not get dressed for the day at the same time. We could stand in the open area together but not reach down and pull up jeans - even if only one person did that at a time.So one person had to sit on the bed/couch while the other got dressed.Just saying, there is more wisdom than how the floor plan looks in LD floor plan design.Jane

Ed said we could remove it if we cared to.Turns out it has come in handy for weather reports in those places that have all weather all the time stations.And it's great for watching movies hooked to a computer.

The RV lots there can take on sort of tailgating / party atmosphere with a grill and food and games like cornhole. People enjoy watching related events (other football games or race qualifying, for example) on an outside TV while all of that is going on. It's not really my thing, but I can see why people enjoy it.Rich

We have seen many people with the outside and inside TV on all day whether they are looking at it or not. These are probably the same people that have one in their bathroom at home.
Re: Lazy Daze Clone? Reply #18 – October 12, 2020, 10:44:34 am When we ordered our current bus, the default floor plan included 4 TVs! In the bedroom, the living area, above the dash and one outside. We deleted the over dash TV in favor of cabinets. We wanted to delete the outside TV but were dissuaded for resale value reasons, and the space was not really usable for anything else. The outside TV has been turned on maybe 3 or 4 times in five years to verify it still works. Almost all of our TV use is in the living area and that is mostly content played off USB thumb drives. On rare occasions we will plug into RV park cable. We had DirecTV for a while but found that we could not justify the cost for the few things we were willing to watch.We too have seen outside TVs on with nobody watching. But more of a nuisance for us are the folks that want to "share" their music with the campground!Art 3 Likes

A socialization event for those that full time and want to mingle with others.I think done at gettogethers where regular socialization events happen in the evenings.Jane
