RV Air Filter Suggestions September 08, 2020, 09:50:51 pm We’re beginning to see more & more smoke. And there’s not a quick and easy way around it for us. So has anyone considered an air filter? I’m looking at some on Amazon and some of the reviews are quite favorable.

We carry it in the summer. It uses about 60-watt @120-VAC, more suitable to parks with power but we can run it overnight on battery power if necessary. I stopped at a Home Depot and bought one of these: Honeywell PowerPlus True HEPA 200 sq ft Allergen Remover Air Purifier It is a larger than I would like, but it is lightweight, does a great job filtering the air, is very quiet (unless it is in Turbo mode) and it can easily run off of an inverter.
Re: RV Air Filter Suggestions Reply #9 – September 12, 2020, 10:48:43 pm The “challenge” we’ve facing is several air filters on Amazon are sold out or the delivery date is outside our travel dates (10 days). So we don’t know where we’ll be because of smoke, road closures, etc. All the stores around Port Townsend are sold out. We’ll probably find an air filter once we get away from the smoke. In addition, our Rig has taken 2 serious rock hits to the windshield and I’ve been trying to get that resolved with our insurance company. But regardless, we’re getting a new windshield when we return home in November.So that’s what I know, which isn’t much.

I've had to have three windshields replaced, two on E350 vans and one on the LD. I have never paid anything out of pocket with State Farm. 1 Likes
