Muhammad, I don't think your question was ever answered. IMO the cat heater is not an "essential" add on but a very practical and convenient one. I have a Olympian Wave 6 plumbed into my 30' and have used it moderately over the years. It's great when boondocking and/or when you don't want to listen to the noisy furnace.

Muhammad,  I read the response from Chris and scrolled back to see the question he answered.
Just my thoughts for whatever they're worth.

First, I suggest you start a new thread on your delivery and maiden voyage.  This is going away from the subject of 2021 delivery an pricing.

Looking at your list:

For the drive home, I'd revise that to 1) dually tire stem and TPMS 2 et seq) everything else. 
Plan your route to include a very reputable hydraulic leveler installer, or find one close to home who will follow up on problems. 
Your additional batteries and in-line EMS can be done at the same place and time.
I've been planning on similar propane connections since 2014 and it remains on the to-do list.   Living in California the catalytic heater is  a 'convenience' item.  Of course all that ugly white stuff Chris deals with in Colorado is a 'drive-to-as-desired' issue for me.  As Joan says, YMMV. 
I started researching TPMS, dually stem, and tow issues in November 2013.  My drive home was 500 miles in one very long day.   Dually stems were installed after that. Tow and TPMS issues were tested prior to delivery.
Tow issues with the hitch can wait till you have a better idea of what/when to tow.

Hi Muhammed;  According to specs sheet from Lazy Daze the chassis comes with a TPMS system integrated into it.
  "  Factory installed tire pressure monitoring system with display showing individual tire pressures. "   If it is installed inside the wheel, you won't be able to put in the Borg stems. (details awaited from a new E450 owner?? )
   The propane 'T's can wait. The sound of the forced air unit cycling doesn't bother me. The levelers should be installed by some RV place near where you live, as Joel stated, so you can get maintenance near you. Many people never add levelers.  I still don't have an 'EMS' after 21 years, so I bet you can wait on that. The levelers may impact where you can fit the two more AGM batteries. So the Levelers should go first.   Re enforcing the hitch may not be necessary, unless you are going to be towing something heavy like a Rubicon Jeep. Again I'd find someone near you for that.   RonB

I feel that an EMS is an essential piece of equipment; some may be surprised at the numbers of improperly wired pedestals that exist, and hooking up to one of these can cause extensive damage to the rig's wiring. Joan, Ron and Joel,

Thanks a bunch. Based on what I am reading, guess I just need to buy EMS-PT30X in advance and enjoy the journey. I have created a list of other essentials few of them will need advance Amazon purchase and lot of them will wait for Walmart visit after delivery. I also read Motherhome stocking  essential supplies for purchase.


Creating a new thread is a good idea. Only exposure we have to any RV is one day in PA show and couple of hours in showroom. I am sure I will have few questions and will create a thread at right time. We are getting excited about possibilities but I agree I am little nervous as well as my wife initially was reluctant partner in this endeavor and I just want to make sure we get a right start for hopefully a long RV life :-)

Just a reply to Joan;  I do have an adaptor plug with a monitor,  Electrical Receptacle Wall Plug AC Outlet Ground Tester with GFI Reset -...     and a Kil-a-watt meter  P3 International P4460 Kill A Watt EZ Electricity Usage Monitor - - Amazon.com  that I can watch from where I sit inside. That tells me the voltage present. Won't help me if a brownout hits at night while the A/C is running. I try to avoid places that require the A/C at night.   I don't have spike and noise protection, but there are some chokes and MOV's present in some of my stuff that provides some protection.  I did get my upgraded converter last week to go to a four stage battery charger, and it is jumper compatible with Lithium. I haven't installed it yet, too hot and I can't run the A/C while working on the power distribution system.
   Funny thing though, I was at my Dad's house last year, and plugged into his specially installed RV outlet that he had put in when the house was built. An option he never used... Sure enough, wired backward!. I had the motorhome hot!, so I had to unplug it and plugged into the 110v in the garage (20 amp ckt), while I traced back to the power panel, found the (as usual) poorly marked breaker, and shut it off to take the outdoor socket apart to put the two wires where they belonged.  That socket had been waiting for me for all that time.    RonB

Regarding leveling blocks, the Mothership sells a sturdy two tiered block that for the most part is barely adequate for most situations.

Unless you are in a very level campground, a more versatile blocking system will be required. National parks are most often not level. Be prepared for this reality. (See pic 😖) I do have 3 of LD’s offered plastic leveling blocks but also carry a set of my own DIY blocks as well.

Built in TPMS systems are expensive to repair when they fail and will require shop time and at least a couple of hundred $ or more to replace.

Add on TPMS systems are easily installed and if a sensor ever fails it is an inexpensive repair, requires no shop time and can be swapped out by the owner in a matter of minutes. Most TPMS sensors often cost less than $100. If the option to eliminate the built in TPMS is available, that would be my option. Just my opinion.

The wave 6 heater may not be essential for many of us but the savings in propane helps to extend camping stays and they produce an even heat with absolutely no noise. The LD furnace sucks up propane and battery storage in the LD. The catalytic heater does neither.

As it’s been said, these add ons can be taken on one at a time over a period of time. Some of us are on a budget. I know I am.

Was the hot on the ground lug at the receptacle?

Muhammad, you were considering moving the picking up a new motorhome to a new topic string. I thought so also and I started one called  "Picking up and outfitting a new (to you) Lazy Daze."  This should be helpful.
